Terms & Conditions
This agreement outlines the terms between CheesyPix Photo Booths and the above-named client. By signing below, the client agrees to provide suitable space, access to power, and full payment as outlined. The deposit is non-refundable and secures the date and package selected. The remaining balance is due by the date listed above. The booth requires a flat 10’x10’ area, a power outlet within 10 feet, and appropriate shelter if outdoors. Failure to provide required conditions may result in cancellation without refund.
CheesyPix agrees to provide setup, operation, and teardown of the booth for the duration of the rental. If for any reason beyond our control the booth cannot operate, the client will receive a refund not exceeding the amount paid.
Client grants permission for CheesyPix to use photos taken during the event for promotional purposes unless requested otherwise in writing. CheesyPix will provide access to an online gallery following the event.
