A CHEESYPIX LOCAL GUIDE
EAST TEXAS
EVENT VENUES
WE KNOW.
Planning a wedding, school event, company party or big celebration? Here are East Texas venues where CheesyPix has actually worked — plus a few practical things to think about when planning your photo booth.
NOT A RANDOM INTERNET LIST
These are places we’ve actually loaded equipment into.
There are plenty of “best venue” lists online written by people who have never been inside the building. This isn’t one of those.
The venues below are places where CheesyPix has worked events. That means we have seen real guests use the space, moved booth equipment through the doors and learned that the little practical details matter almost as much as the photos.
This guide is not a paid ranking and the venues are not listed from best to worst. Venue features and policies can change, so confirm current details directly with each venue.

BEFORE YOU PICK THE BOOTH SPOT
Four things we wish every event planner checked first.
Guest traffic
The best booth location is somewhere guests naturally see throughout the event. Hidden around a corner usually means fewer photos.
Space
Around 8 feet by 8 feet works well for many CheesyPix setups, depending on the booth experience and backdrop.
Power
A nearby standard electrical outlet keeps setup cleaner and helps avoid running unnecessary cables through guest areas.
Weather
Outdoor booths need real protection from rain, moisture, strong wind and direct sun. “There’s probably a roof nearby” is not quite the same thing.
NOW FOR THE FUN PART
Match the venue to the right booth.
Different events call for different experiences. Start with what you want your guests to do, then choose the booth that makes sense.
