Before you reserve.
How do I reserve a CheesyPix photo booth?
Send us your event date, city, venue and the booth experience that caught your eye. We’ll confirm availability and send the booking details. Your date is officially reserved once the agreement is completed and the required payment is received.
How far in advance should I book?
Earlier is always safer, especially for Saturdays, weddings, school events and holiday parties. Some dates book several months ahead, but last-minute availability sometimes happens too.
Which photo booth is best for a wedding?
Party is our most popular wedding photo booth because it includes an attendant, backdrop, props, custom print design, digital sharing and unlimited prints. Social is a strong option when you want an attended digital booth without printed photos.
Can I add extra booth time?
Yes, extra hours may be available depending on the date and event schedule. It is best to request additional time before the event so we can plan staffing, delivery and pickup correctly.
Can I change booth packages after booking?
Often, yes. Package changes depend on availability, equipment and staffing. Reach out as early as possible if you want to move from digital to prints, add a 360 experience or change the setup.
Can I add extras after I book?
Usually. Add-ons such as Audio Guest Books, Photo Guest Books, Keychain Stations, Glam Booth upgrades and custom neon signs are subject to availability and production time.
What payment methods do you accept?
Available payment methods are shown during booking. If you need a specific payment arrangement for a school, business, nonprofit or organization, mention that when you contact us.
What happens if my venue changes?
Let us know as soon as possible. A venue change can affect travel, setup space, loading access, electricity, insurance requirements and the time needed to install the booth.
AT THE EVENT
Setup, space and service.
How much space does the booth need?
A space of approximately 8 to 10 feet square works well for most full setups with a backdrop, props and room for guests. Some booth configurations can fit in a smaller space, so send us venue details when room is limited.
Do you need electricity or Wi-Fi?
We need access to a reliable standard electrical outlet near the booth. Wi-Fi helps with immediate texting and emailing, but it is not always required. When the connection is weak, deliveries may queue and send after the booth reconnects.
How long does setup take?
Setup time depends on the booth, venue access, backdrop and printer needs. We arrive early enough to install, test and prepare the booth before the scheduled start time.
Does someone stay with the booth?
Social, Party and 360 include a friendly CheesyPix attendant during the scheduled booth time. Lite is a self-operated drop-off experience designed to run independently.
Can the photo booth be set up outdoors?
Sometimes. Outdoor setups must be fully protected from rain, moisture, wind, direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. The surface must be dry, level and safe, with dependable electricity.
What happens if it rains?
Electronic booth equipment cannot be exposed to rain, standing water or unsafe conditions. The booth may need to move indoors or pause until a safe, covered setup is available.
Can the booth fit in a small venue?
Often, yes. Compact setups are possible depending on the booth and backdrop. Send photos or measurements of the available area and we can recommend the best configuration.
How many people can fit in one photo?
Couples are easy, but groups are welcome. The practical limit depends on the space and backdrop width. Large group photos work best when guests are willing to squeeze in and commit to the bit.
What if my event runs late?
Booth time follows the scheduled agreement. Extra time may be possible when staffing and equipment schedules allow, but it is not guaranteed unless arranged in advance.
PHOTOS & SHARING
Prints, galleries and digital delivery.
Are photo sessions unlimited?
Yes. Guests can take as many photo sessions as they would like while the booth is active. Returning several times with increasingly chaotic props is completely acceptable.
Do guests need to download an app?
No app is required. Depending on the booth and venue connection, guests may receive photos through text, email, QR code, AirDrop or the event’s online gallery.
Do you offer printed photos?
Yes. Our Party Booth includes unlimited professional prints during the event. Guests can receive classic photo strips or a larger collage-style print based on the design selected.
What is the difference between a digital booth and a print booth?
Lite and Social focus on digital photos and sharing. Party includes the attended digital experience plus unlimited printed keepsakes. The 360 booth creates short slow-motion videos instead of still photos.
Can the photo design be customized?
Absolutely. We can customize the photo layout with names, event dates, colors, themes, logos, school identity, sponsors or company branding.
Do you provide props and backdrops?
Props and premium backdrops are included with selected CheesyPix experiences. The exact setup depends on the booth you choose and what works best for the venue and event style.
When do we receive the online gallery?
Gallery delivery timing depends on the booth and event workflow. We’ll provide access after the event once the gallery is prepared and ready to share.
Can guests text photos to themselves?
Yes, when reliable internet or cellular service is available at the venue. If the connection is weak, messages may queue and deliver after service is restored.

360, guest books and branded events.
What is a 360 video booth?
Guests stand on a platform while a camera circles around them to create a short slow-motion video with effects, music and custom branding. It is a high-energy video experience rather than a traditional photo booth.
Is a 360 booth better than a regular photo booth?
It depends on the event. Choose 360 for movement, music and shareable video. Choose Party for printed keepsakes, traditional photos and a backdrop-based experience. Some larger events use both.
Do you offer an audio guest book?
Yes. Guests pick up the phone and leave recorded messages, stories, advice and congratulations. The recordings are delivered after the event.
Do you work with businesses and corporate events?
Yes. CheesyPix provides corporate photo booth rentals for company parties, conferences, brand activations, employee events, fundraisers and community celebrations. Designs can include logos, sponsors, hashtags and event branding.
Do you work with schools, churches and nonprofits?
We do. CheesyPix works with proms, dances, graduations, church events, fundraisers, conferences and nonprofit celebrations.
Can businesses brand the booth experience?
Yes. Photo layouts, overlays and selected video experiences can be customized with company logos, event names, sponsors, colors and campaign messaging.
Do you travel outside Longview?
Absolutely. CheesyPix serves Longview, Tyler, Marshall, Kilgore and communities throughout East Texas, along with Shreveport and the Dallas–Fort Worth area. Travel fees may apply.
